General Information

Thank you for choosing MobilityVet for your patient’s rehabilitation needs! 

First and foremost, I want you to know that we work hard to create a collaborative relationship and encourage mutual referral. If I see a patient of yours that needs routine preventative care or diagnostics I can’t provide, I will refer your patient back to you!  As a practitioner who may see your patient more often than you for some period of time, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found routine medical care that would otherwise go un-noticed and un-treated until the next annual exam.  Ultimately, this not only returns business back to you when it falls outside of my lane, but also ensures that your patients get all of their medical needs addressed.  It’s win-win for all involved!

Second, I know that you are busy and I want to make sending a referral as seamless as possible.  For that reason, you have several simple options to help keep our lines of communication open and offer the best care for your patients.  Please remember these are all options! You do not need to complete any of them if your client will be reaching out to us directly because we will reach out to you for records.  That said, if you do it will help ensure that we know where our patients are coming from and who to keep informed of our treatment and progress updates.

  1. Send records with a brief email telling us any special details and if you would like us to reach out to the client or they will be calling us to schedule.  We will call you if we have any questions.
  2. Give us a call!  I’m always happy to hop on the phone to discuss a case, answer any questions you have or make sure that you have the opportunity to share any details that might be important, but not so easy to find in the record.
