Saying goodbye to your pet is never easy. At MobilityVet, we understand how challenging this decision can be. By providing end-of-life care in the comfort of your pet’s familiar surroundings, we ensure the process is as peaceful and stress-free as possible.
Saying Goodbye In the Comfort of Home:

  • No cold, hard metal tables
  • No dreaded car rides
  • No scary places, smells, or sounds
  • Have peace of mind knowing you provided the most comfort possible in those final moments

Scheduling an Appointment: To provide the best possible care during this challenging time, please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment. Same-day appointments are not available for in-home euthanasia services. We understand that your schedule may not allow for a daytime appointment, so we offer occasional after-hours appointments. Please inquire by phone at (970) 707-5626.

Aftercare Options: We offer a range of aftercare options, including eco-friendly aquamation (water cremation) services provided by Lasting Paws Pet Memorial, as well as arrangements with a facility of your choice. You may also choose to bury your pet at home, if permitted by your city, county and state ordinances (before digging, locate utilities below ground). Our team is here to support you every step of the way and provide the resources you need to heal and move forward.

Aquamation: An Eco-Friendly Pet Cremation Alternative

  • Private and communal options available
  • No greenhouse gas or toxic emissions
  • Uses less than 10% the energy of traditional flame cremation
  • Home pickup available for an additional fee

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I know if my pet is in pain?
Signs of pain can range from subtle to obvious, including changes in appetite, mobility, grooming, interest in activities, vocalization, heart rate, respiratory rate, and panting. Consult your veterinarian if you believe your pet is experiencing pain or discomfort.

How do I know if it’s the right time to say goodbye?
There is no exact formula for determining the precise timing. Consult with your regular veterinarian to evaluate your pet’s medical history, physical condition, quality of life, and prognosis. Trust your intuitive sense of when it’s the right time for your pet and family. Immediate attention is required if your pet refuses to drink water or experiences difficulty breathing.
