Our Doctor

Lindsey Porterfield, DVM, CCRP, CVAT

Certified in Animal Chiropractic through the IVCA

Dr. Lindsey Porterfield has worked in the veterinary field for over a decade and found her forever home in the field of veterinary rehabilitation in 2019. Since that time, she has maintained a passion for continuing education, ever-collecting new skills to bring to her patient care.  She holds certifications in canine rehabilitation, acupuncture and animal chiropractic and has received extensive training in manual therapy and massage.  She has also completed training in musculoskeletal ultrasound and hopes to bring this unique diagnostic skill to her practice as soon as expansion of her equipment is possible.

When she founded MobilityVet, Inc. in 2024, She wanted to provide a solution for pets and their family members who need this specialized care, but face challenges in transporting them to the hospital for the regular visits this kind of therapy often requires.  In many cases, the challenge is inherent for all owners of pets with injuries affecting their ability to move independently, but this can be compounded by recent surgery or injury of patients and clients alike and she wanted to help.

Lindsey and her husband share two dogs, Clutch and London.  While London is still young and spry, Clutch has been her forever patient helping her reach new heights in cutting edge patient care.
